Dr. Calkins was raised in Utah and Colorado. He received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho and graduated from Creighton School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska—one of the top dental schools in the country. He enjoys being able to practice dentistry in Glendive and has grown a real love for the town and its people. He loves spending time with his two boys and two little daughters, including going on hikes in Makoshika and riding dirt bikes around Glendive. In his free time Dr. Calkins enjoys hunting pheasants, weight lifting, playing volleyball and watching movies with his family. As a dentist, his main focus is helping patients feel comfortable and allowing them to choose the type of dentistry that best fits their needs.
